Course Manager is a business automation suite to efficiently set up and manage a large number of courses at an educational institution; it is geared towards online courses, but can be used to manage offline courses as well.

Course Manager automatically imports courses from an online class schedule and allows you to quickly determine the status of these courses, generate a report, notify instructors, as well as many other important administrative tasks. In addition, the software is able to interface with a distance learning application, such as WebCT, to automatically set up the courses in your schedule and / or update the status of the courses based on their state on the server, as well as their content.
The ability to quickly update the course status by clicking on the icon in the ‘Ready’ column and then setting up the courses on the distance learning server saves hundreds of man-hours each semester.
With one click, the administrator is able to see which courses have already been populated with content by the instructor and which are still empty and automatically contact those instructors who still need to add their content.
